Is there a fee to register with Ready Staff?
No. Submitting an employer registration or staffing request is free. We only charge when staffing services are provided and agreed.
What types of staffing do you provide?
We provide temporary and flexible workforce solutions across Warehouse & Logistics, Parcel/Mail Handling, Retail, Hospitality/Hotels, Events, Cleaning/Housekeeping, General Labour, and Driving/Delivery roles (where applicable).
How quickly can you supply staff?
Depending on role, volume, location, and compliance needs, we can often support short-notice requests. Once you submit your requirement, we confirm availability and timelines promptly.
Do you manage payroll and compliance?
Yes. Workers are typically supplied under PAYE and we manage payroll and statutory obligations in line with UK employment requirements. We also complete Right to Work checks and any role-specific checks where required.
Can you support peak seasons or high-volume requests?
Yes. We support seasonal peaks, surge cover, and ongoing staffing. Volume and lead time help us plan and allocate the best available resource pool.
What do you need from us to get started?
At the enquiry stage, we need your staffing requirement details (roles, numbers, shift times, location, start date). Before supply begins, we may confirm site requirements such as PPE, induction process, access instructions, and point of contact.
Do you provide DBS-checked or airside-cleared staff?
Where required, we can support DBS screening and role-specific checks. For airport/airside roles, additional clearance processes apply and timelines vary.
How are rates agreed?
Rates depend on role type, shift pattern, volume, urgency, and compliance requirements. We confirm pricing and terms before supply begins.
What if a worker doesn’t arrive or performance is not suitable?
If issues occur, contact us immediately. We aim to resolve matters quickly and, where possible, arrange replacement cover.
Is there any obligation after we submit a request?
No. Submitting a request does not create an obligation. It allows us to assess requirements and respond with availability and next steps.
