Registration does not guarantee employment or work assignments.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of opportunity
  • Third-party actions beyond our control

 TERMS & CONDITIONS – CANDIDATES / WORKERS

1. Employment Status

All workers supplied by Ready Staff are employed under PAYE unless otherwise stated.

 

2. Compliance

Workers must:

  • Provide accurate documentation
  • Maintain valid Right to Work
  • Inform Ready Staff of changes

Failure may result in removal from assignments.


3. Assignments

Assignments are offered based on availability and suitability. Acceptance is voluntary.

 

4. Pay & Payroll

  • Paid via PAYE
  • Holiday pay accrued
  • Statutory deductions applied
 

5. Conduct

Workers must adhere to client site rules, health & safety, and professional conduct standards.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS – EMPLOYERS / CLIENTS

1. Service Scope

Ready Staff supplies temporary workers based on agreed requirements.

 

2. No Guarantee of Availability

While we aim to fulfil requests promptly, availability depends on workforce supply and compliance needs.

 

3. Rates & Invoicing

Rates are agreed prior to supply. Invoices are payable per agreed terms.

 

4. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for providing a safe working environment and site inductions.

 

5. Liability

Clients must notify Ready Staff immediately of any incidents involving supplied workers.

 

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Users must not:

  • Upload harmful or illegal content
  • Use forms for spam or misuse
  • Misrepresent identity or authority

We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse.
