What happens next
Tell us who you are, the work you are looking for and your availability. Registration is free — we never charge work-seekers.
Your work history, skills, certifications and the sectors and shift patterns that suit you.
Right to Work evidence, photographic ID, proof of address and any licences or certificates for the roles you want.
We verify your documents, obtain references and arrange any role-specific checks such as a DBS where required.
Assignments may be offered based on availability, compliance status, skills, experience and client requirements.
You receive a Key Information Document setting out pay, holiday and deductions before you agree terms.
You arrive briefed on the site, the shift, the dress code and who to report to — not working it out on the day.
Submit your hours, get paid weekly through PAYE with tax and National Insurance handled, and receive a payslip each period.
Suitable opportunities may be offered based on availability, compliance status, skills, experience and client requirements. Registration does not guarantee work or a minimum number of hours. Ready Staff never charges work-seekers a fee for finding or seeking to find them work.
