How we handle your report

Your report goes to our compliance team. It is not routed through sales, and it will never be used for marketing.
We treat reports confidentially, but we cannot promise absolute confidentiality. There are situations where we may need to share information to protect someone from harm or to comply with the law.
Where it is safe and practicable, we will tell you what we intend to share and with whom, before we share it.
Nobody who raises a concern in good faith will be treated unfavourably for doing so. A worker will not lose an assignment because they reported something.

I have read how Ready Staff handles reports, including that absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
