Industry
Every departure depends on teams the passenger never sees. Ready Staff supplies the cargo, catering, cleaning and administrative staff that keep airlines and handling agents running to schedule.
Roles we supply
We recruit specifically for these patterns rather than trying to stretch day-shift workers across them.
What makes this sector hard
Compliance focus
Our approach
Cleaning and catering staff are briefed on the turnaround window they are working to, because the constraint in aviation is almost always time rather than task.
Candidates supplied into flight catering are asked about food-hygiene training at registration, and we record what they hold.
Cargo demand concentrates overnight. We recruit specifically for those patterns rather than trying to redirect day-shift workers into them.
Our office is at 214 1st & 2nd Floors, High Street, Hounslow, TW3 1HB. Being local is a practical advantage rather than a marketing line: workers who live nearby are materially more reliable on early starts than those travelling across London.
Questions
It depends entirely on whether the role is landside or airside and on the client's own requirements. Landside cargo and catering roles are frequently quicker to fill than airside positions. We confirm the requirement per role at the point we take the brief.
