About the role
Production operatives work on assembly and packing lines, operating machinery and carrying out quality checks to keep manufacturing running to target. Full training is given, and reliability matters more than prior experience.
What the role involves
- Working on an assembly or packing line to daily targets
- Operating machinery safely after training
- Carrying out quality checks and flagging defects
- Keeping the line and work area clean and safe
What you’ll need
- The right to work in the UK
- Reliability and good timekeeping
- Comfortable with repetitive, on-your-feet work
- Able to follow standard operating and safety procedures
