Industry
Processing plants, recycling facilities and yards need workers who understand what the shift involves before they arrive. Ready Staff briefs candidates honestly so first-day drop-off stays low.
Roles we supply
We recruit specifically for these patterns rather than trying to stretch day-shift workers across them.
What makes this sector hard
Compliance focus
Our approach
We describe the physical demands, the environment and the conditions accurately at briefing. Candidates who accept on that basis stay.
We check a candidate can actually reach the site at shift start. A worker who cannot get there for a 05:00 start is not a placement, it is a no-show waiting to happen.
PPE requirements and site safety rules are covered before assignment, with acknowledgement recorded.
Our office is at 214 1st & 2nd Floors, High Street, Hounslow, TW3 1HB. Being local is a practical advantage rather than a marketing line: workers who live nearby are materially more reliable on early starts than those travelling across London.
Questions
By being honest at briefing about what the role involves, by confirming the worker can physically get to site at shift start, and by confirming attendance the day before. No agency eliminates no-shows entirely, but most of them are avoidable and caused by poor briefing.
