Every event team includes a lead who receives the brief, distributes it and is your single point of contact on the day.
We staff the unglamorous shifts too — overnight builds and post-event de-rigs — which is usually where event staffing falls down.
Site plans, dress code, meeting points and escalation routes are distributed in advance so the team arrives ready rather than being briefed at the gate.
Our office is at 214 1st & 2nd Floors, High Street, Hounslow, TW3 1HB. Being local is a practical advantage rather than a marketing line: workers who live nearby are materially more reliable on early starts than those travelling across London.
Questions
It depends on the date, the location and the notice we are given — a summer Saturday is a very different proposition to a midweek date in February. Tell us the numbers and the date and we will give you a straight answer on what is realistic rather than an optimistic one.
