Industry
Security is the sector where a documentation failure is a licensing matter, not an inconvenience. Every officer Ready Staff supplies has their SIA licence verified against the public register before assignment.
Roles we supply
We recruit specifically for these patterns rather than trying to stretch day-shift workers across them.
What makes this sector hard
Compliance focus
Our approach
SIA licence numbers are verified against the public register, and we record the category and expiry date. An officer with an expiring licence is flagged before it lapses.
A door supervision licence and a security guarding licence are not interchangeable. We match the licence category to the assignment.
For events we can supply teams with a nominated supervisor, briefed on the site plan and escalation route before the gates open.
Our office is at 214 1st & 2nd Floors, High Street, Hounslow, TW3 1HB. Being local is a practical advantage rather than a marketing line: workers who live nearby are materially more reliable on early starts than those travelling across London.
Questions
We check the licence number against the SIA public register and record the category, status and expiry date on file. Officers are only put forward for assignments matching the category they hold.
